Hand Me that Wrench, Mr. President

An Asian manufacturer delivered a shipment of large samples – a collection of outdoor furniture and accessories – to a customer. In order to ensure the samples were properly assembled and presented to the buyers, the president of the company took three days to fly across the country and assemble the samples at the customer’s site.
