| Hand Me that Wrench, Mr. President |
An Asian manufacturer delivered a shipment of large samples – a
collection of outdoor furniture and accessories – to a customer. In
order to ensure the samples were properly assembled and presented to
the buyers, the president of the company took three days to fly across
the country and assemble the samples at the customer’s site. Following
long days in the warehouse with a toolkit, the president had to return
to his hotel room to respond to 70 to 100 urgent emails regarding work
back at the plant.
The alternative: Cytus can serve as a seamless extension of a factory’s
presence in front of a retailer, saving the president the time, expense
and added stress of having high-level personnel managing the process of
sample delivery and assembly.
